References in these Terms and Conditions to "we", "us", "Carrefour", “Carrefour Online” & “Carrefour Singapore” are to Carrefour Singapore Private Limited (Registration No: 199603962D), registered office: 8 Marina boulevard, #05-02, Marina bay financial centre, Singapore (018981).
- “Customer” & “You” means all people who purchase products through this website; and
- “Product/Products” shall refer to products offered for sale by Carrefour Online on this website.
The Customer consents to disclose all information provided to all staff, agents, representatives, service providers and contractors of Carrefour Online, service providers and contractors, including home delivery personnel and consents to Carrefour Online’s use of such information provided in accordance with Carrefour Online’s prevailing Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy & will not share this data with any party for getting any indirect financial benefit but only for fulfilling our obligation to you as stated in the agreement & to improve our service for you.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You also warrant that all information that you are required to provide is at all times true, accurate, current and complete.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

1.1 Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of images is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.
1.2 By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
1.3 Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
1.4 The prices reflected on the website are strictly meant for purchases made online only and these prices may from time to time vary from those found at our physical stores in Singapore and are also subject to change at any time. Carrefour Online will not entertain any request for refund/exchange based on such price discrepancies.
1.5 There is only one mode of payment & that is credit card. We only accept Mastercard & Visa. All transaction will occur in the currency Singapore dollars. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
1.6 Carrefour.com.sg uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.
1.7 Our servers are protected by secure firewalls—communication management computers specially designed to keep information secure and inaccessible by other Internet users. So you're absolutely safe while you shop. SSL Technology and Industry Standard Firewalls all work together to ensure your privacy and to assist in protecting your personal data.
1.8 A maximum quantity of 20 can be selected for any SKU and the maximum order per transaction is S$3000.
2.1 Shortly after you have placed an online order with us, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order.. Should you not receive an acknowledgment within one business day, please contact our customer loyalty team on +65 63336868. Lines are open Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Telephone calls may be recorded for security and service monitoring purposes.
2.2 Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and Carrefour Singapore will take place when your order is dispatched to the given address, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation instructions set out below.
2.3 Carrefour Online reserves the right to reject orders of any product that may have been presented wrongly or inaccurately on the website. The decision to honour any price discrepancy is solely at Carrefour Online’s discretion and its decision shall be final.
2.4 Carrefour Online reserves the right to decline any order it deems improper, including but not limited to unusually large quantities. In the event that a genuine order has been declined by Carrefour Online for any reason, the customer may contact the Carrefour customer care team on +65 63336868. Lines are open Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
2.5 All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. In the event one or more Products in an order are unavailable, Carrefour Online reserves the right to cancel the order or to proceed with the remaining order and adjust the final bill accordingly. No replacement or subsequent deliveries will be made for the unavailable Product(s)
3.1 As we endeavor to process the orders immediately, it is not possible to accept cancellation requests.
4.1 If some of the products that you ordered are not in stock with us at the moment or are damaged or missing during delivery, we will deliver the remaining part of your order for which the products are in stock. For the products that are not in stock with us, are damaged or missing, we will process a refund to your credit card account. Carrefour Singapore requires 15 days from the date of delivery for the order in question for processing requests for local Singapore credit cards but for other foreign credit cards, the process may take longer. Once the processing of the refund request is done on our side, we will issue a request to the bank to process the refund. The duration that the bank will take to process the refund request & post the transaction in your credit card account statement cannot be issued by us. You should contact the bank which issued you the credit card for more details. .If products are damaged or missing at the time of delivery, we request the customer to clearly indicate so on the delivery order “DO” by circling the products that are damaged or missing in the list & stating the quantity that is missing. Please also mention whether the product/s is/are damaged or the product/s is/are missing beside every product that you circle. At the end, you will also have to mention the tota amount that is to be refunded at the bottom of the sheet & sign there. You will have to return this “Delivery Order” to the delivery personnel at the time of that delivery itself.
5.1 All prices shown on the website are in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of GST (VAT), where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
5.2 Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
5.3 The price for products on our online store may or may not be the same as our physical stores(Suntec city store & Plaza Singapura store). We do not accept any liability for any discrepancy between the prices in our physical stores & our online store. . Also, from time to time (particularly during Sales and Promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from www.carrefour.com.sg that do not apply in the aforementioned hypermarket stores or vice versa. Additionally, items offered as sets on this site may not be offered as part of a set within the store and individual prices may apply. Also, while we do offer the POSB 5% rebate when you use your POSB Everyday credit card, at times, when we have a higher percentage of rebate in our physical stores, we may or may not have the same % of rebate for the Online store. We will not accept any liability that may arise from any such discrepancy in the rebate percentage between our physical stores & our Online store.
6.1 We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will not replace that product & will simply give you a refund based on our refund policy.
Please note that the below delivery information applies only to orders placed online through Carrefour.com.sg
7.1 Delivery timing
Order before 14:00 and good will be delivered on the same day from 18:00 - 21:00 hours ( Subject to availability)
7.2 The timing above is the earliest delivery time; later delivery times can also be chosen during the checkout process from a drop down menu. Any blackout dates can be imposed by Carrefour Online during which there will be no deliveries for particular delivery timeslots.

7.4 Delivery service is only available to valid addresses in mainland Singapore and Sentosa. Carrefour Online reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.
7.5 Delivery must be acknowledged by the Customer or his/her authorized recipient during the delivery on the invoice presented by the delivery personnel. The Customer should ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery address during the selected time slot to receive the delivery, failing which Carrefour Online reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each subsequent trip.
7.6 The Customer should notify Carrefour Online immediately, via phone, of any change to delivery address and/or contact number. Carrefour Online shall not be held liable if delivery is already initiated & the authorized recipient is unavailable for order reception; we will have to arrange for a re-delivery at a later available time slot. No re-delivery charge will be applicable in the first such instance, however if this happens for a second time, a compounding re-delivery fee of S$25 will be charged at the time of delivery from then on for every re-delivery.
7.7 If the Customer has specifically instructed Carrefour Online to leave his delivery outside the door of the address provided, such delivery shall be at the Customer's sole risk and Carrefour Online shall not be liable for any missing Products thereafter.
7.8 Carrefour Online shall reasonably endeavour to deliver orders to the valid and complete delivery address specified by the Customer within the time slot selected by the Customer but Carrefour Online shall not be liable for any claims damages costs whatsoever due to delays in its delivery services.
7.9 All risk in the Products sold on this website shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer’s delivery address and we will accept no liability thereafter for the delivery order in question.
8.1 We may change the Carrefour.com.sg website and correct or update information (including product information) on it or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
8.2 Except in relation to the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website.
8.3 You may access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. Provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices, you may:
8.3.1 retrieve and display the content of the website on a screen;
8.3.2 print copies of the content for your own personal use; and
