How do I know if my order has been received?
After placing an order with Carrefour.com.sg you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received your order.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
You cannot modify your order. If you wish to cancel your order placed online, please contact Carrefour Customer Care Team on +65 63336868; Lines are open Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. If we can process your order cancellation request, we will issue a payment transaction cancellation request to the bank & you will be charged no fees from us.
However, As we endeavour to process the orders immediately, it may not always be possible to accept your online order cancellation request directly, in such a case; you can get a full refund for the purchased goods by returning them after you have received our delivery. This return mechanism however will require you to bring the goods to the customer service counter at either of our stores (Suntec city store or Plaza Singapura store). Please bring a printout of your order receipt along.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a full refund. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of your goods using the online transaction-receipt.
Returns Procedure: To return unsuitable purchase(s) free of charge, please bring them to the customer service counter of either of our stores (Suntec city store or Plaza Singapura store). Please bring a printout of your order receipt.
Customers are strongly advised to check the Product purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All Products leaving Carrefour Online’s distribution centre have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.
Subject to the Customer making a report via email or telephone to Carrefour Online Helpdesk by the next working day after the day of delivery of the order, any request for exchange or refund of Product shall be dealt with in the following manner :-
Carrefour Online shall either refund to the Customer the value of the Product, replace or exchange the Product as the case may be if :-
- the Product is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date
- the Product is ordered and invoiced but is not delivered; or
- the wrong Product is delivered.
If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Carrefour Online shall refund to the Customer the price of that Product as originally charged to the Customer.
