1. Retail Assistants (Food/Non-food)

• Attend to customer queries
• Housekeeping at sales area
• Replenishing of various merchandise at sales area:
• Update price labels and promotion signage

2. Retail Assistants (Fresh Food)

• Deli: Handling of hot/ cold selection (Non-Halal / Halal)
• Fish: Seafood cutting & packing
• Butchery: Experienced in cutting & packing meat (Non-Halal / Halal)
• Fruits & Vegetables: Replenishing and packing of fruits & vegetables
• Bakery: Preparation and making of bread products

3. Sales Assistants (Appliance & Consumer Electronics)

• Basic Salary + Commission + Allowances
• To advise and promote to customers on the consumer products
• To assist in store housekeeping and replenish stocks regularly
• Preferred experience in selling of home appliance/electronic products

4. Cashiers (Full / Part Time/Temp)

• To process customer’s purchases and transactions in friendly and efficient manner
• To attend to customers’ enquiries and feedback
• Service orientated with a high level of integrity
• Careful with cash handling

5. Maintenance Technicians

• Perform maintenance works and upkeep high standard of machines and equipments
• Liaise with vendors on maintenance of equipments
• Min NITEC in Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• Candidates without relevant qualifications but with experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in building maintenance works will be an added advantage

6. Risk Prevention Officers

• Patrol stores and office premises to prevent losses
• Liaison with SPF on offence related cases
• Possesses SIRD Cert

7. Greeters (Full / Part Time/Temp)

• To distribute flyers to the public at store entrance
• Attend to customers’ enquiries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Females willing to wear traditional dress (kerbaya)

8. Bakers

• Production of  breads, pastry and cakes
• Daily housekeeping and respect hygiene standards

9. Customer Service Associate (Info/Home Delivery)

(Home Delivery)

• Assist customers to arrange their items purchased for home delivery
• Arrangement of delivery date and time
• Pushing of shopping trolley with the products from Delivery Office to Storage Point to be prepared for delivery
• Answer and manage phone calls related to Delivery Date and Time and any other delivery issues
• Any other duties as assigned

 (Info Counter/SISTIC)

• Attend to customer enquiries, refunds and exchange
• Manage the spending promotion programs such as gift and lucky draw redemptions during events; and announcement on promotions
• Manage customer service and loyalty programs such as sale of gift vouchers, SISTIC tickets and gift wrapping service
• Any other duties as assigned

General Requirements:

• Able to converse and write in English.
• Customer service oriented
• Able to start work immediately / within short notice

All applicants are required to work retail hours, 6 days a week, weekends and Public Holidays.
