Ice cream crumble

Ingredients:

• 1 Carrefour cookies Nougatine
• 1 Carrefour Vanille Macadamia ice cream
• 1 Carrefour Fresa-Strawberries ice cream
• Strawberries
• butter, sugar

Method:

1. Crush half of the quantities of cookies (or spare 1 full cookie per person). Cut the strawberries in half.
2. Put a little butter in a pan, add the strawberries and two-three spoons of sugar. Cook until the sugar has melted.
3. In each plate, put one full cookie. Add over the cookie one cup of Carrefour Vanille Macadamia ice cream and 1 cup of Carrefour Fresa-Strawberries ice cream next to it. Put the crushed cookies over the ice-cream and serve the warm strawberries just next to it.

Easy, quickly done and you obtain a sophisticated looking ice cream dessert.
