In a move to attract more customers, hypermarket operator Carrefour has invested some $2 million to revamp its flagship store at Suntec City.
More than 2,000 sq ft are devoted to popular cosmetics and skin care brands, such as L’Oreal Paris, Bio Essence and Adidas, for women and men. Browse through one of the largest beauty sections in Singapore with a spiral layout, French inspired artistry and a choreographed play of sights, lights, textures and scents.
Weiner Kaffehaus – a cosy counter serving Austrian style and other types of coffee – has the first organic coffee bean roaster in Asia. More goodies can be found at the Four Seasons organic food market specially created for health-conscious shoppers. There are more than 1,500 items for sale.
Over at the fashion side, Fashion World spanning more than 10,000 sq ft is segmented to serve women, men and children, while upmarket furniture, including sofas and brands of mattresses, divans, bedlinen and accessories fill up 7,000 sq ft.
The lightings shop is chockful of art décor and lamps. Visit the section as it also has a home and décor gallery selling candles, clocks, figurines and floral decorations.
Electrical products include brands such as Dyson, Electrolux, Delonghi and Kenwood. Techies are not left out. Take your pick from HP, Lenovo and Fujitsu in the section for visuals and information technology.
There is also a new Singtel counter and space for cookware and homeware. Finish your shopping on a sweet note at the Cocoa Tree selling chocolate and candies in attractive packages.
