This Christmas has been most memorable. As my parents went around shopping in Carrefour, my two siblings suddenly disappeared into thin air. Could not find them in the midst of the thronging crowd thus, I took the opportunity to grab some Christmas goodies as gifts for my family. However, what amused me was the fact that when I finally caught sight of my siblings and I try to call out to them, they would immediately dart behind the shelves suspiciously. It was then I realised, that they too, were actually shopping secretly for Christmas gifts! Finally, when I head to the counter, they would appear with hands behind their backs, grinning from ear to ear. Could see potato chips, chocolate cookies and nut crackers peering out from their baskets. It was so sweet of them to buy such gifts for the family! When we reached home, it was a mad rush to the rooms to close their doors and do some instantaneous gift wrappings. I never knew that shopping at Carrefour for gifts could be so delightful. In fact, all our gifts came from Carrefour! Thank you Carrefour, for being a part of our celebration.
