Best Beauty Tip

Aloe vera is my best remedy to maintain my refreshing and forever young and great look. It is not just economical but effective.

1) Remove the aloe vera from the skin. Then, use the side with the aloe vera gel to rub on your clean face. It serves as a mask      and leave it for 15 min before washing it away. Apply the aloe vera mask twice a week for a clean and exfoliated effect. The result is a refreshed and rejuvenated new look. This is the best mask that I have discovered since young. It is cheap and highly effective.

2) Aloe vera has healing effect too. Apply aloe vera gel on the insect bites, wound, bruises and cut. This will expedite the healing process of the affected area. Further, it can also be used to remove pimples and acnes. Just apply the aloe vera gel on the pimples/acnes and they will be gone in a few days.

Try the powerful aloe vera gel and I believe that you will love it, just like me!

BEST BEAUTY TIPS

 Basic daily skincare

Cleansing, toning and moisturising should happen twice daily; morning and night.  You can exfoliate every one to two weeks depending on your skincare concerns.

  • Cleansing - removing any dirt, oil, bacteria and makeup.
  • Toning - it removes anything that your cleanser did not take care of, it restores the PH level of your skin and it prepares your skin to receive the moisturiser.
  • Moisturising - helps to seal in your skin's natural oils and it acts as a barrier between your skin and the environment. Even oily skin needs a moisturiser but chose a light product.  It is best to moisturize immediately after applying toner. Moisturising is something everyone of every skin type should do, including those with oil rich skin.
  • Exfoliation - allows you to remove dead skin cells sitting on the surface of your skin.  The circular motion in which exfoliating should be performed also helps to stimulate your skin allowing oxygen to come to the surface.  Exfoliating is a crucial step for those with either dry skin or those with dehydrated oil rich skin.

Avoid over exposure to the sun

UV rays cause skin cancer and it can causes your skin to age faster than it should contributing to unsightly wrinkles.  If you must be in the sun, make certain you are using an adequate sun screen. Apply your sunscreen, do not leave home without it!

Sleep

Getting adequate sleep.   An individual requires at least eight hours of sleep at night.  This way, the mind and body can rest making you look bright and fresh the next day.

Water

Hydrate your skin from the inside by drinking enough water.  Try to drink at least eight glasses of water everyday.

Food

  • Eat breakfast!  Breakfast is an important meal and having a good breakfast just help give you the right start to your day.
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables.
  • Eat less fat and foods high in fat.  Deep-fry less often, try steaming or boiling your foods more often.

Exercise

When you exercise regularly, your muscle definition is improved and your body fat is reduced.  Even your skin is improved as more oxygen is delivered to your body tissue.  All this can help to make you feel better about appearance and improve self confidence.

Do not smoke

Your skin is a large organ and it needs a lot of circulation.  Smoking impairs circulation dramatically and cause the skin to look dull and gray.

Free from Stress

Protect yourself from stress - both emotional and environmental stress.

Feel Attractive

Tell yourself you look great, face the day with a smile and you will instantly be beautiful.  When you feel good, you look good.
