THE CARREFOUR REFUND POLICY

1) LOWEST PRICE OR THE DIFFERENCE BACK
If you find an item (same brand, item reference, item condition/age, weight and size) that you purchased at Carrefour is being retailed at a lower price elsewhere in Singapore, bring the receipt, advertisement and/or promotional materials to Carrefour within fifteen days from the date of purchase at Carrefour and we will refund the difference.*

2) AT CARREFOUR, I CAN CHANGE MY MIND
If, for any reason, you’re not happy with any of your purchases, simply bring them back and we’ll refund 100% of the purchase price.

**Terms and conditions apply, For example, display sets of electrical items may be discounted heavily, as may be damaged or soiled items. The Carrefour Refund Policy regards such cases as exceptional and will review on an individual case-by-case basis. Regarding DVDs, VCDs, CDs and CD-ROMs, the Carrefour Refund Policy is applicable only when items are returned in original unopened packaging. All decisions and/or exercise of discretion by Carrefour on Carrefour Refund Policy is final.
